Goat Yoga

Unroll your mat and let our playful goats do the rest. Combine the mindfulness of yoga with the pure joy of farm animal interaction — a one-of-a-kind experience that leaves you laughing, grounded, and completely stress-free.

Sessions are held outdoors on the sanctuary grounds and are suitable for all skill levels — the goats provide plenty of distraction from any "perfect pose" pressure. Bring your own mat, water, and a sense of humor.
